Introduction
Be loose.

Be loose.

The hardest thing is to relax when we care the most.

We have all seen it when someone with lots of talent can’t relax enough to show everyone that they can sing, they can’t perform when it matters.

Or the talented footballer who misses the penalty in a vital game. And then the player with less talent, just kick the ball in the back of the net.  So how do you become loose?

Well, firstly make a contract with failure and say you accept the worse that can happen. Learn to breathe. Learn how to breathe, even when you get tense. And lastly, practise like crazy. So it becomes second nature to you. So you can do it without thinking.  Your muscles remember what to do, even if you forget.
