Your job is to make your customers feel something for your art, your music, your photography, your architecture, your design, your product, your service.

Ideally, they love it.

That’s the nirvana.

But them hating what you do is not the worst emotion that you can muster.

It’s to have no feeling either way.

That’s the enemy.
