Introduction
Working longer is not growth

Working longer is not growth

Don’t be busy.

Busy is a habit.

Busy is lazy.

Busy is auto-pilot.

Busy is just getting you tired.

Aren’t you tired of being tired?

Hmmm.

Your inbox is not a to-do list.

Instead, work out where your impact zone is.

Then spend more time there.

Is that it?

Yup.

The art of growing your business is to do more of what works.

And less of what keeps you busy.

Yup, you can say no.

After a while, you get good at saying it. (Ever so politely.)

Stay in your lane.

Get in your impact zone and spend more time where you make a difference.

And then leave work on time.

Because this is a hard truth:

Growing your business by working 20% longer is not growth.

That is called working longer.
