Yesterday morning, we had our morning swim. We got back to our towels lying on the sand, and someone had left us this:

1.     A flask of hot black coffee.

2.     Freshly made cakes that were still warm.

3.     A note of encouragement.

The gift wasn’t expensive. It was unexpected. It came with no conditions.

We couldn’t believe it. We just had the best swim. The waves were perfect. The sunlight made the waves look magical.

And then this.

Wow.

We just laughed all the way back home.

I still can’t stop thinking about it.
