Introduction
Respect the sweet spot.

Respect the sweet spot.

A tennis racket head has a sweet spot.

But it is only around 12% of the surface area.

That is the point of most power for the least effort.

To take advantage of the sweet spot, you have to do many things right BEFORE.

Your positioning.

Your feet.

Your posture.

The racket angle.

Plus a ton more other things.

Each day I try and write for two hours.

That is my sweet spot.

But I have to respect the sweet spot.

I have to arrive at the keyboard wired, not tired.

Did I get to bed early?

Did I do my 7 minute HIIT workout?

Did I do Wim Hoff breathing?

Did I go for a sea swim that morning?

Then, I have a CHANCE of making the most of that two hours.

Respect the sweet spot.

BEFORE is where its magic is decided.
