The 80% rule.

The 80% rule.

This is a good one...

This practice will increase engagement when you write.

It is obvious. It is simple. But it works.

Yet, most people don't do it.

Instead, they post and hope.

Hope is not a strategy.

Do this instead:

Quick context:

80% of your post gets read because of the headline.

Yet, most people leave the headline to the end and bash it out.

The thing that determines engagement THE MOST gets THE LEAST amount of time spent on it. Hmmm.

Write 10 headlines for each post.

Spend more time on the main thing.

This is why I write 10 headlines before each post. I chose number 5 for this blog post because it had curiosity and surprise. It did well.

For example:

Hope that was useful.

Have a great weekend, and rest up.
