Introduction
Culture doesn’t just happen.

Culture doesn’t just happen.

It is not a slogan on a wall.

Or an unread brand manual.

It’s none of that.

Culture needs cultivating.

Each day.

Every day.

You know those young trees with a plastic guard around them on the sides of roads?

That is culture.

It creates a safe place to grow.

This week we released another podcast/YouTube.

It was about the Sage Appliance company. (Have a listen.)

But what it was really about was a young team learning about what it takes to: Do One Thing Well.

When we study others, we learn not just how they did it.

But, that we want to do it too.

It is kindling for the fire that is ALREADY there.

As my old boss said:

It’s not how good you are; it’s how good you want to be.’ Paul Arden.
