The 4mph meeting

The 4mph meeting

The problems we seek to answer can’t always be solved in the same room as they were created.

Sch…you know the room of which I talk of: The meeting room.

Big ideas seldom get created there.

But many never made it back from there.

Hmmm.

The best meetings don’t involve a computer or a whiteboard.

If there is a problem to solve, go for a walk with the team.

If it’s a massive urgent problem, choose a longer walk.

At 4 mph, the brain thinks differently.

Free with every walk: Your imagination.
