Introduction
No soul. No brand

No soul. No brand

“The longest journey you will ever take is the 18 inches from your head to your heart.”

As entrepreneurs, we build things.

We pour our money into them, but more than that, we pour our hearts into them.

They mirror our values, our way of doing things.

Indeed, they are a physical representation of its founders.

If you believe a company can have a soul, it is because the founders gave it one.

No detail is too small to matter, to fight over, to sweat over.

Every decision keeps you true or takes you off track.

It’s crazy hard to build a company like that.

A spreadsheet can’t build it.

Data can’t.

Logic can’t.

It takes a human.
