Introduction
One less Grandmaster.

One less Grandmaster.

Do everything you can to inspire people to want to stay.

Do everything you can to inspire people to want to leave.

Yesterday GrandMaster Amanda passed her driving test to teach people to drive.

It was fourth time lucky.

Her dream was to have her own business.

A driving school.

Each time she failed, she would think about quitting.

I would smile.

I knew she would play sad songs for a couple of days.

Then she would rebook the test.

Never stand in the way of people’s dreams.

Especially a single mum on a mission to do her own thing.

Sure, that means she will be leaving us.

And she has been with us since the start - OG.

I am never sad when people leave.

They are off to write another chapter.

How exciting is that?

It is better to be a launchpad for people’s dreams.

Than a retirement home for 'what might have been's.'
