The Christmas party is no longer important. It’s vital.

The Christmas party is no longer important. It’s vital.

Tonight is our Christmas party.

It is our first one since 2019.

Just like everyone else.

(Unless…., well, I won’t go there.)

A team that can have a drink together, dance together and have a laugh together tends to stay together.

Parties are not nice to have. They are essential to have.

They are not costs. They are investments.

It’s the time to celebrate wins.

And to say goodbye to failures.

We are humans.

It’s time for those who can’t dance to think that they can.

Even if it’s for just one night.
