Trying to be good everywhere leads to being great nowhere

As small brand owners, we are good at spreading ourselves too thinly.

We want to be big on Instagram.

We want to be big on Facebook.

We want to be big on Twitter.

“The man who chases two rabbits, catches neither.”

The big brands have big teams, and even they struggle to keep up.

So, what if our focus narrowed?

What if we chose one?

What if that got all our attention?

Hmmm.

This is the skyscraper strategy.

Have a small footprint.

But stand tall.

Do great things.

Not many things.

Pop your head up above all others, even if it’s for just one day.

That could be enough.
