Ideas give me hope.

I know we have made a fine mess of things on our ONLY planet.

And yet, I am irresponsibly optimistic.

I believe in our own ingenuity.

As long as we keep that, I have HOPE.

We dug this hole.

I hope we can count on the same gumption to dig ourselves out of it.

Hope is something we have to cling on to.

Like chewing gum to a pavement.

I READ THIS TONIGHT.

(It topped up my hope jar.)

Someone has had the idea to invent a solar panel that follows the sun.

It changes positions throughout the day, so they are always collecting energy.

Because it does this, it yields 25% more energy.

And the cost of the energy is 17% less.

It got me thinking, why on earth would you do a solar panel that didn’t track the sun throughout the day?

Hmmm.

Except, currently, all solar panels are fixed.

The blinking obvious doesn’t always launch first.
