Be a company of one. Don’t think like one.

No one talks about this…

But it’s lonely when you’re the company of one.

You have all the glory. And all the loneliness.

It’s brilliant. And it sucks.

Those emotions can arrive within the same hour.

That’s the rollercoaster we ride.

I was thinking.

How can you meet up with other company of ones?

Why does this have to be a ‘solo sport’?

Aren’t we stronger/happier together?

An idea.

It may work. It may not.

Each Wednesday at 10 am, we have a 20-minute meeting.

We call it our ‘Creative Breakfast.’

The team shares one idea that got their attention.

And why it earned their attention. (Important.)

We build our newsletters from this meeting.

Plus, it’s fun. (Remember that?)

What if?

You joined up virtually with other company of ones each Wednesday.

And had your own ‘Creative Breakfasts.’

Helped each other.

Would it be perfect? (Nope.)

Would it build a community? (Yup.)

You are not alone.

If you choose not to be.
